Strawberry Avocado Keto Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 cups Almond milk (regular or vanilla; see notes*)
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 1/4 cup powdered sweetner
Method
Puree all ingredients in a blender, until smooth. Adjust sweetener to taste as needed.

Keto Peanut Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
  • 1/4 medium avocado

Instructions

  •          In a high-speed blender or food processor, add all your ingredients, except the ice, and blend well.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add enough milk to reach your desired consistency. If the smoothie is too thin, add some extra ice or powdered peanut butter. 
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Lemon cucumber green smoothie

ingredients

  • 1/2 cup  of water
  • 1/2 cup  of ice
  • 1 cup  of sliced cucumber
  • 1 cup  of spinach or kale
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of  flax seed
Method
Add all ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth





Cinnamon raspberry breakfast smoothie

ingredients

  • 1 cup  of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup  of frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup  of spinach or kale
  • 2 tablespoons  of almond butter
  • 1/8 teaspoon of cinnamon, or more to taste

 Method

Add all ingredients into a blender
Blend until smooth

  • ¼ cupegg white protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons Mct oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed

  • ¼ teaspoon stevia
Instructions

Ingredients

  • 8 oz  almond milk
  •  1 scoop vanilla whey protein
  • 1/2 medium avocado
  • 1.5 cups ice
  • 3 packets stevia or any sweetner of choice
  • 1 tablespoon Perfect Keto collagen
  • 1 scoops Perfect Keto Matcha Mct Powder 

Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth. Sever and enjoy.
